a. Eligibility for Revenue Share
To qualify for Revenue Share, the transaction must meet the criteria of a Shared Subscription, registered via the BuildTrust website. You are ineligible for Revenue Share for transactions involving free trials, starter-level subscriptions, read only licence, or sales of Other Products. Additionally, the following transactions do not qualify for Revenue Share:
- Transactions involving outsourcing of trust accounting.
- Transactions where the End User objects to or excludes such commissions.
- Transactions that occurred before your formal participation in the Program or in cases where the End User had pre-existing contracts with BuildTrust.
Once a Shared Subscription qualifies as a legitimate transaction, it becomes eligible for further cross-selling or upselling by other Partners or Providers. However, you will not receive compensation for any subsequent transactions, including Cross-Sell or Upsell activities.
